Barack Obama wasn't just elected the nation's first African American president; he's become the country's No.1 fashion accessory.
Sneakers, T-shirts, action figures, magnets, cologne, purses and even a coffee blend bear Barack Obama's image. He's even appearing on the runway: In October, a print of Obama's face decorated a dress from Moroccan-born designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac's spring collection during Paris Fashion Week.

Boulderite Will Silverstein (director of sales and marketing for Obama fashion T-shirts) says.
“Being able to have a T-shirt or anything that captures that memory is something you can have forever and you can look back on, it's like owning a piece of history."
"But it's not just about making money off these T-shirts -- there's more to it than that. It's about the passion of this historic event, of this new president."
